| Additional Information to know before you book | ||||||||

| 15% Gratuity and 10% fuel charge (or 15% charge if no minimum 1 hour stop) will be added to all trip totals | ||||||||

Pick up location We will travel up to 40 miles from our terminal address with no additional fees, any distances beyond that will be charged in 15 minute intervals rounded up and multiplied by 2, example : if your pick up address is 57 miles from our base we would charge you for 7 additional minutes (we calculate a mile per minute) rounded up to 15 minutes then multiplied by 2 for the return trip meaning you would be charged for an additional 30 minutes at whatever the hourly rate is on that day. If you wish to calculate if there are additional distance charges map it online to our zip code of 90601, this will give you an Idea of any additional charges. |

Deposits & Refunds All reservations require a $250.00 refundable deposit, Las Vegas trips require a 50% Deposit to reserve date. All deposits are 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation. Cancellations within 13 days or less will forfeit deposit and cancellations within 72 Hours of Pick Up time forfeit entire payment. |

Payment Options We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express payments. If you wish to pay by check special arrangements must be made in advance. We do accept cash payments however deposits must be made with a credit card. |

Amenities on Deluxe Coach rentals All trips include, 36 sodas or a Soda Machine & 24 bottled waters. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ALCOHOLIC ITEMS! However you are welcome to bring them yourself. If alcohol is brought on the bus all passengers must be over the age of 21. Driver may request to see IDs prior to trip for proof of age. If underage drinking is discovered the trip will be terminated immediately. Also the bus is a SMOKE FREE environment and any smoking will result in trip termination. |

Driver availability This is a very important topic. We are Federally Licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Authority and Passenger carrier's are required to follow driving guidelines issued to us. This means we may not be on duty for more than a total of 15 hours and drive a total of no more than 10 hours. Please remember this drive time includes our drive to pick you up and our drive back to our parking terminal. On average deduct 2 hours of the 10 hours of drive time leaving only 8 hours of driving time and 13 hours of total trip time. Please DO NOT ASK US TO BREAK THE LAW AND ENDANGER YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY! |
